Digital Trainee operates to create a fulfilling and uplifting learning experience for our learners through our digital marketing courses. We realize, however, that at times, the situation may warrant refund requests. Thus, this refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted
A refund is entitled when:
• Prior to course commencement: You are eligible for a refund if you want to withdraw from a course just before it starts, and you pay less for some deductions as described further in this policy.
• Technical faults: You are eligible for a refund whenever there is a technical fault on our side that impedes you from either accessing your course content or even completing the course.
• Duplicate charge: You can make a refund if there is an error and you are charged twice for the same transaction.
• Exceptional Circumstances: Except in extraordinary situations-where circumstances such as medical emergencies or similar conditions render it impossible for you to access the course-we shall, at our sole discretion, refund your fees.
We do not refund money in the following conditions:
• Course completion: When a class has been completed or any form of certification is issued.
• Partial course access: Once you have accessed more than 25% of the material in the course or downloaded a significant volume of material in the course.
• Promotional Offers: All payments made under special promotions, offers for discounted courses, or coupons. This will only be refunded unless otherwise specified.
• Change of Mind: You cannot refund on change of mind or personal preference if you accessed the course materials.
• Practical Projects: You are not eligible for a refund on this course if you start any live projects or internships.
To retrieve your money back do the following:
• Contact Us: Mail us on support@digitaltrainee.com with all the following details: full name, course details, payment information, and you need to state the reason for your refund request.
• Review of Refund Application: After receiving your refund application, the same will be reviewed under the relevant conditions of eligibility. We may reach out to the client if further information is required.
• Approval of Refund: If the refund application is approved, we'll process the same within 7-10 business days.
The refund amount is subject to some of the factors listed below:
• Processing Fees: A processing fee up to 10% of the entire course fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
• Course Access: In case you have accessed the content of the course, the refund will be calculated based on the percent of content accessed.
• Method of Refund: Refunds are processed using the same payment method applied at the time of the original purchase, such as credit cards or a direct bank transfer.
In case that the course is canceled by the Digital Trainee for any incident reasons, we give you the following options:
Cancellation options
• Full Refund: Get full refund on the course payments.
• Course Rescheduling: Reschedule or transfer your registration to a future course.
Once a refund request is processed for approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Depending on the time difference with respect to your bank or payment service provider, the amount will reflect in your account.
